First Monday: Send out e-newsletter via Constant Contact highlighting upcoming summer programs and highlighting a few Fall programs.

Each week:

  • Schedule at least one original Treehaven Facebook post (photo from program, phenology event, featured staff highlight, or GENERAL TREEHAVEN tidbit).
  • Schedule at least two curated content via Treehaven’s Facebook account (using Feedly, Buffer, and Hootsuite) related to the following topics: upcoming Treehaven programs, health benefits of natural areas, unique conference centers, environmental education, or management of Wisconsin’s natural resources.

August 2017

First Monday: Send out e-newsletter via Constant Contact highlighting any upcoming summer programs and highlighting all Fall programs.

First Week: Update all media online community calendar spots for Treehaven’s Spring programs (Wausau, Merrill, Tomahawk, Rhinelander, Eagle River, Three Lakes, Minocqua, Woodruff, Crandon).

Each week:

  • Schedule at least one original Treehaven Facebook post (photo from program, phenology event, featured staff highlight, or FORESTRY at Treehaven tidbit).
  • Schedule at least two curated content via Treehaven’s Facebook account (using Feedly, Buffer, and Hootsuite) related to the following topics: upcoming Treehaven programs, health benefits of natural areas, unique conference centers, environmental education, or management of Wisconsin’s natural resources.

September 2017

    I think it is really cool that you actually went beyond and thought of a content calendar for each month up until next year, compared to just focusing on the upcoming month. Very unique idea!

    I really like how you have the same structure for each month but change what department will be featured. I think this is very important to be inclusive and allow the same amount of content for the different areas!
