Dealing with social media

Social media is a group of applications for integrating among people and delivering messages around the globe. I will try to create a social media strategy for my future business of opening a school.

Who are you inviting to the meeting?
I will invite the Supervisors of Education, teachers, teacher’s assistances, parents, and students.

Negative Comments:
It is normal to get negatives comments every now and then. there are many ways to reflect to it. The most common way is try to turn the negative in to positive for example” why does not your school have more assistive technology like the other school, the employers can say we are new and we are trying to find the newest ant the most helpful assistive technology for the students.” Some comments do not need us to reflect or only need a few words like ” thank you or we are sorry” for example some parents do not like their children to go to your school, we are sorry to hear that will be appropriate response.

Leaking something that is private or inaccurate by one of the employers:
The employers should know what to say and what not to say in public, according to the social media policy they signed. The employers should be well knowledge about the school, the facilities, the rules etc. They should not answer any question without being sure of the answer.

Talking to our customers on Social Media:
Talking to customers our employers will show the parents, students, and any one interested in our school how much we care about students and their children. Also, whom their questions and concerns are our priority. Moreover, we will look seriously to their suggestions and the criticisms of people. Then we will try to communicate with them after that we will modify and apply to their suggestions.

Is this lot of work, and will we need more employers?
What differentiate social media is that you can find it any were and at any time. We don’t need more employers, although it is a lot of work. Now the technology makes every thing easy, there is a wonderful features you can set it on the email account, twitter, facebook etc.. The employer can write a message in case they are not available to reply to the message, for example “Sorry we are not available at this time, we will reply to you as soon as possible.”

    Here is another paragraph were you are addressing the concerns in a very positive and professional manner.

    During your buy-in presentation, add some graphics to support your content. And don’t forget to always address the lowest hanging fruit with a Social Media SWAT and ROI/KPI example.
